Al Abraj Medical Services is a Medical and Pharmaceutical Distributor Company, has been established in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) since 2001 as a subsidiary company of Associated Construction & Trading Group (A.C.T.G) . The objective of the company is to act as a distributor for leading multinational companies in the healthcare sector covering the full variety of products from Pharmaceutical & Medical supplies and equipments.

Al Abraj Medical Services consist of Management team of ten years experience in the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Co-operation Council (G.C.C) Countries. Along with aggressive Sales & Marketing teams, we as a group accommodate the growing demand of Pharmaceutical and Medical requirements in the G.C.C. Countries.

As a commercial establishment involved in the health sector, the corporate philosophy is to support healthcare organizations’ desire, by providing unique and superior products. Al Abraj Medical Services also strive to share information and to create an upbeat working environment.  vSales Team:

Our Sales Team is responsible for introducing, selling "as per the Marketing Team Guidelines" and collecting orders from the Retail Markets, Private Hospitals, Polyclinics, Pharmacy Outlets and major Chain of Super Markets.

 The company has reliability in distribution activities because the company has vigorous marketing and distribution sales networks which spread throughout the UAE. Besides, it is supported by better-quality warehouse for supporting the company activities as a reliable distributor. Apart from that, at every marketing and distribution sales networks, the company has many energetic professional sales-team.

The Sales and Marketing Team are fully qualified and are trained at regular intervals. Our company is able to respond to opportunities presented by a changing and demanding environment and is committed to provide high performance equipment at competitive prices.

vMarketing Team:

The Marketing team comprising of qualified and experienced Medical Representatives responsible for expanding our market share, co-ordination and execution of timely promotional campaigns, new products launching, advertisement campaigns & so on. They are also responsible for collecting related data to provide intelligent statistics for establishing the proper introduction of our products to the different market sectors.

vTender Section:

Our Tender section is responsible for Government and various Ministry Tenders. They are responsible for proper follow-up with Government Departments & Ministries, timely preparations and submission of tenders to the various Departments, Ministries, gathering the data, information for the tender and general sales coordination and so on.

vFinance Department:

Responsible for all the Financial and Administrative issues related to all divisions along with billing and collecting to the end users. They offer a centralized accounts receivable function which is responsible for invoicing, monitoring and collecting all funds due for goods and services provided by Al Abraj to the customers (both Government & Private Organizations).

vRegulatory Affairs:

As per the international standards

vWarehouses:

Fully responsible for inventory, receipt of items and co-ordination of delivery/distribution of items, scrutiny of products expiry date, proper storage of items, etc. Our logistics department is having a good network distribution system all over UAE.

vImport & Forward Department:

Adhere to all the rules and regulations of the Local Government Authorities.
